    • Active NC Real Estate License
    • Experience working in real estate and/or property management (preferred)
    • Excellent customer service and organization skills
    • Excellent work ethic and time management
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and communicate quickly and efficiently
    • Characterized as being self-motivated, responsive, and ethical
    • Have compassion towards and a commitment to the communities we serve
    • Active driver’s license
