Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Johnny has called Durham home since late 2016. With 8 years of management experience, he decided to change career paths from working in the aviation industry to pursuing real estate which is where his passion has always been. As he continues to successfully accomplish his goals, Johnny holds a deep connection to real estate as a first-time homeowner. To him Durham symbolizes the start of new endeavors and the ideal place to settle with his growing family. His Ecuadorian descent keeps him close to his culture and feeds on his hobby to travel abroad. In his free time, you can find Johnny discovering the many eateries North Carolina has to offer. In addition to his outdoor activities such as bike riding and hiking, he also enjoys spending time with his family whether it’s a cookout or a special occasion.
